About the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method
The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method was developed in 1996 by Johan Roos and Bart Victor at IMD in Switzerland, together with LEGO Group owner Kjeld Kirk Kristiansen. Their goal was to explore new ways of strategic thinking and innovation — using LEGO® bricks to model business challenges and opportunities.
In 2010, LEGO® made the method available as an Open-Source, community-based model under a Creative Commons License. Since then, it has been adopted worldwide by coaches, trainers, and organizations seeking more engaging and effective ways to generate insight and alignment.
How We Use It at Dosage Coaching & Training
At Dosage Coaching & Training, we don’t sell the method, we use it as part of a larger journey.
